How long does a kitchen renovation take in Kelowna?
It depends on scope, selections, and permits. A cosmetic refresh moves quickly; a full gut with layout changes takes longer. Timeline is also driven by how fast selections are finalized and material lead times. We give you a realistic schedule up front and agree on it before demolition.
Do I need permits for a kitchen renovation?
If you are moving plumbing, altering electrical, or changing the structure, yes. We identify what is required, pull the permits, and coordinate inspections as part of the project.
Do you do smaller kitchen projects, or only full guts?
