I started in furniture — helping clients curate spaces, whether for staging a home before sale or adding the finishing touches after a renovation. Over six years of decorating and staging countless homes, I developed a deep understanding of how spaces feel and what makes them work for the people who live in them.

That work led me to a lead designer role at a renovation company, where I had the opportunity to design beautiful homes and oversee every detail of the project — from initial concept and drafting through to quoting trades, scheduling, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with building codes. I learned that design and construction are not separate disciplines. They are one process, and they work best when one person understands both.

That insight is what led me to establish Oak and Ivory Building Co. I wanted to offer something different: a design-build experience where the person designing your space is also the person managing your renovation. Where the budget is transparent from day one. Where you have one point of contact for everything, and the result is a home that genuinely reflects who you are.

I am based in Kelowna and serve clients across the Okanagan Valley. Whether you are renovating a kitchen, redesigning a living space, or taking on a full home renovation, I bring the same level of care, detail, and transparency to every project.
