Step 1-

Conceptual Design

Firstly, we begin by understanding our clients and their vision for the space. We believe that grasping their preferences, lifestyle, and requirements is essential to crafting a design that truly mirrors their identity. Next, we will begin the collaboration process to generate ideas and concepts that resonate with the client's vision. Once the initial concepts are formed, we present them to the clients for feedback and modifications. We value transparent communication and ensure that our clients are engaged in every phase of the design process.

Step 2-

Space Planning

We will begin formulating initial plans using the information gathered in the conceptual design phase. Elevations and floor plans will be developed for your review and feedback. These preliminary plans will be the foundation for your renovation and will ensure that the space is designed within your budget and will still meet your practical needs. Once the space is drawn to your liking, and signed off on we will progress to the next phase of sourcing and selecting your materials.

Step 3-

Sourcing & Selecting

Once your floor plans are finalized, we move on to choosing materials. We collaborate closely with our clients to assist in selecting countertops, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, paint, and fixtures. Our goal is to meticulously curate every aspect of the space to mirror your unique style and preferences. Once the selections are chosen they will be documented into a detailed interior specification document, that includes, detailed notes, skus, and descriptions. Making it easy to quote in reference when it is time to execute your project.

Step 4-

Completed Drawing Set

Once all final selections and layouts are approved, we will finalize your drawing set, consisting of 3D renderings, elevations, and permit drawings. With these finalized drawings in hand, our vendors can provide accurate quotes, saving you time and ensuring that your budget is respected. Our tradespeople will then utilize these drawings as a roadmap to bring your project to fruition, handling each step of the process with expertise and efficiency.
